Do you offer home visits?
Yes we are happy to provide Home visits in certain circumstances, please reach out to us if this is something you require.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions you need will depend on your symptoms and injury. Usually, we recommend 3 - 5 sessions, but it can vary depending on how well you respond to the treatment.
How long are the appointments?
Initial appointment includes an assessment and physiotherapy treatment which may last from 45 to 60 minutes. Follow up appointments are 45 minutes. Same-day appointments may be possible depending on availability.
How much do you charge?
We charge medical aid rates. Patients will need to pay and claim back from their medical aid. The patient will be provided with a detailed statement. We do not liaise with any medical aids, and the patient is responsible for submitting the provided statement to their own medical aid for reimbursement.
Do I need a referral letter from my GP?
No, physiotherapists do not require a referral from a doctor to see patients. We do work with many doctors and other medical professionals who make use of our services to assist their patients.
